In order to tackle climate change we really need an international cooperation. This is not a "national issue", and as such we need to fight it together. Undeniably a Democrat government in the US would be an asset, since Mr. Bush's administration never showed any interest on environmental issues.

By the way, is the PES somehow preparing a common action with the US in tackling climate change (should Democrats win)?
